Daniel Lund concentrates his practice in trial and appellate work in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, products liability, personal injury and insurance. Dan is well known for his defense of attorneys and law firms in professional liability litigation. Dan has previously served as Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Section. In 2018, after 55 years of continuous professional practice, Dan elected to limit his practice to selected discrete matters.
