Gordon Arata is pleased to announce that it served as legal counsel to Omni Environmental Services, Inc. in the multi-million-dollar sale of Trussco, Inc. – its offshore environmental cleaning and corrosion remediation business – to the Muehlhan Group.
We congratulate Omni on the successful completion of this transaction and were honored to serve as its legal advisors. The strategic sale will allow Omni to concentrate its efforts and resources on delivering innovative environmental water management and logistics solutions to oil and gas operators across the major onshore U.S. energy basins.
The successful closing underscores Trussco’s stellar reputation and decades of expertise in environmental cleaning, NORM removal, and corrosion remediation in the Gulf of America.
The transaction was handled by Sam Masur, Peck Hayne, Marion Weinstock, and Ben Parks. For Sam, the transaction brings full circle a relationship that began more than 20 years ago when he represented Omni in its acquisition of Trussco.
